1. About This Service

ApplicationAU is an online business registration service operated by Naletova Advisory Pty Ltd (ACN 632 119 674, ABN 75 632 119 674), a Registered Tax Agent (No. 26027163) and Registered ASIC Agent (No. 523357). The service assists clients in preparing and lodging ABN applications, GST registrations, PAYG withholding registrations, and business name registrations with the relevant Australian government authorities.

ApplicationAU is a privately operated service and is not affiliated with the Australian Government, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Australian Business Register (ABR), or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

2. Scope of Work

ApplicationAU acts as a data processing and lodgement agent. Our scope of work covers the preparation, review, and submission of your application to the relevant government authority on your behalf. Our responsibility ends at the time the application is successfully lodged.

The outcome of any application — including whether an ABN is issued, refused, or referred for manual review — is determined solely by the relevant government authority (ATO, ASIC, or ABR) based on the information provided. ApplicationAU cannot guarantee the outcome of any application and does not take responsibility for decisions made by government authorities.

ApplicationAU is not responsible for outcomes arising from false, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by the client during the application process.

3. Application Eligibility and Accuracy

By submitting an application through ApplicationAU, you confirm that:

All information you have provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
You are entitled to apply for the registration type you have selected.
You understand that providing false information to a government authority may have legal consequences.

ApplicationAU may decline to process or cancel an application if information appears to be false, incomplete, or if the applicant does not appear to meet the eligibility requirements for the registration type requested.

4. Service Fee and Payment

The service fee for ABN registration is $149 AUD. Optional add-on services (GST registration, PAYG withholding registration, business name registration) are subject to additional fees as displayed at the time of application. All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of application submission. By submitting payment and completing your application, you expressly consent to ApplicationAU commencing the lodgement service immediately upon receipt of your order.

5. Refund Policy

All applications are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Because processing begins immediately upon submission, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Requests received after 24 hours cannot be accommodated once processing has commenced.

A refund will not be issued on the basis of the government's decision regarding your application outcome. ApplicationAU's service fee covers the preparation and lodgement service, not the government's determination of eligibility.

ApplicationAU reserves the right to update its fees and service conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this website.

6. Website Use

You agree to use the ApplicationAU website and its services for lawful purposes only. You must not use any part of this website for commercial resale, redistribution, or any purpose other than submitting a personal registration application. Unauthorised use of any content on this website may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

7. Service Availability

ApplicationAU may temporarily suspend its service for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons beyond its control. While every effort is made to maintain service availability, ApplicationAU does not warrant uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including system maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Submit applications on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.
Use the service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website or its systems.
Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this service are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
